Product Description
  Constant-power parallel-connection type electric heating belt is constant in the quantity of heat in unit length. The longer the belt is, the more the total power it output is. The length of this heating belt can be cut according to actual need. Besides, it is also rich in flexibility, so it is convenient to get close on pipeline surface. The external metal shield mesh prevents static. It not only improves total strength, but also has the functions of transferring and dissipating heat.
  If matched with temperature controller, constant-power parallel-connection type electric heating belt can keep pipeline or heater’s medium temperature precisely.
The strengthened type electric heating belt is to coat a insulation layer on the external of common type electric heating belt but the other structure is the same as that of common type. The primary character of strengthened type is that it is higher in mechanical strength, stronger in anticorrosion but a litter lower in thermal conductivity. It is mostly used in underground pipeline and corrosive gas place. As generatrix is limited in section area, the maximum working length is limited when single-power outputs in single direction to avoid too much pressure drop; while the working length may be increased one time when single-point power outputs in double direction (Table1, Chart4). If heating belt is required for longer, you may adopt multi-point power supply or adopt our HCL serial-connection type electric heating belt. (Brief introduction refers to the next page.)
  Except the characters of single-phase electric heating belt, three-phase electric heating belt also has the characters of the longest working length, good heating evenness, balance load and so on.
It is usually equipped with overload, short circuit, creepage and over-heat protection when install electric heating belt and control device.

Electric heating belt is mostly used in pipeline, valve, pump, storage tank, reaction tower and instrument box to prevent frostbite and preserve heat, or keep instrument’s technology temperature. Detailed application is as following:
(1) Use for continuous flowing low-concretion pipeline in normal condition to prevent medium from concretion for stopping flowing.
(2) Use for liquid pipeline requiring for controlling working temperature strictly to trace heat and preserve heat.
(3) Use for water supply pipeline and valve in cold area to prevent frostbite, as well as for drainpipe and condensing pipeline to prevent frostbite.
(4) Use for ocean platform pipeline to prevent frostbite.
(5) Use for common pipeline and instrument to trace heat and preserve heat.
(6) Use for oil extraction to trace heat (replacing water jacket), or sewage well to trace heat.
(7) Use for airport runway to prevent snow from freezing.
(8) Use for concrete product to prevent frostbite.
Explosion instruction
Electric heating belt is designed and made according to the requirement of GB3836.1-2000 and GB3836.3-2000. The explosion level is “e
T3-T6” and explosion certificate number is CNEX02, 433U. This product is fire retardant. It is suitable for explosive gas mixture in factory,areas if matched with increased safety type electric apparatus fittings.
