Product Description
Marin-purposed electric heating belt is the same as HPC type electric heating belt in structure and working principle. It is mostly used in explosive conditions, like shipping, drilling platform in ocean and pump, etc..
CC-HPC J4 high-temperature constant-power electric heating belt is the same as CC-HPC J4 type in working principle, structure and application. It may be used in T3-T6 explosive gas mixture in factory Ⅰ,Ⅱareas. The primary differences are: high-temperature resistance level is higher. Medium maintenance temperature is not more than 50°C. Insulation material is high-temperature compound material and PFA fluorplastic. Insulation layer is resistant to 260°C at most.

Installation Instruction
(1) Do not drag the heating belt on ground when paving.
(2) As for sharp edge during installation, polish it or cover with aluminum adhesive tape to prevent insulation layer from being broken.
(3) During bending installation, the minimum bending radius can not be less that five times of thickness.
(4) Use aluminum adhesive belt to stick the heating belt during installation, for one hand, it increases dissipation area, which is good for thermal conductivity; for the other hand, it is convenient to install. Use stationary adhesive tape to fasten them every 50-80cm in radial direction after paving.
(5) Serial-connection type electric heating belt is usually designed according to detailed length. So the length is designed strictly during installation. If it is too long or too short, the power is influenced. So it is not permitted to cut as you please.
(6) Serial-connection type electric heating belt is installed according to Y connection. In order to avoid three-phase current error, it is better to earth in the end.
(7) As overload, short circuit, creepage protection and temperature control device are equipped in control cabinet, the quality of electric heating belt is warranted.
(8) If electric heating belt is buried underground or there is corrosive gas around, it is supposed to use strengthened type. |
