CY-JZ-EMV Special Control Cables

CONSTRUCTION :
Conductor: Flexible stranded bare copper according to VDE 0295/CI.5, Insulation: PVC, Core identification: Number coded black cores with white numbers + green/yellow, Screen: Tinned copper wire braid - with tinned copper stranded draining wire (if requested), Sheath: tinned copper braid, with tinned copper stranded draining wire (if requested)
APPLICATION :
For use as a data cable in control circuits and machine industries as well as signal cable in computer systems and electronics. The high covering percentage of the copper screening offers interference-free signal transfer. A particular characteristic of this cable is that the more usual PVC inner sheath has been replaced with a stabilising foil separator, thus reducing the total diameter of the cable and thereby reducing the bending radius and the total weight.
TECHNICAL DATA :
Voltage: 300/500V. Test Voltage: 2000V. Operating temperature range: -50oC to +80oC flexing -30o to +80oC fixed. minimum bending radius: 15 x cable diameter.
RELEVANT STANDARDS :
Conductor : VDE 0295 and IEC 332-1 Self extinguishing and flame retardant.
CORE IDENTIFICATION :
Number coded cables are manufactured with black cores and white numbers and integral green/yellow in outer layer.
