EDV PIMF CY Special Data Cable
CONSTRUCTION :
Conductor: stranded bare copper or solid wire tinned, Insulation: PE(2Y), Laying UP: Cores twisted into pairs with foil wrapping - pairs stranded in layers, total wrapping with plastic tape, Core Identification: Colours according to DIN 47100, Screen: On each pair; metal foil PIMF, with 0.4mm diam tinned copper draining wire and plastic coated aluminium foil, 100% coverage. Overall copper braid shielding 85% coverage, Sheath: PVC grey or other colour.
APPLICATION :
Absolute disturbance-free data transfer both for fixed and flexing installations in all areas of medicine and data technology. Also suitable for use in machine tool and steel producing industries, traffic signal systems and assembly lines. Cables present low mutual capacitance.

Voltage: 500V for solid wire conductors 300V for stranded wire conductors Test Voltage: 2000V Operating temperature range: -5oC to +80oC flexing -20o to +80oC fixed. Minimum bending radius: 12 x cable diameter.
