H901-CY Halogen-Free Control Cables
CONSTRUCTION :
Conductor : stranded bare copper. Insulation: Polypropylene (9Y), Core idenification: colours according to DIN 47100, Laying Up: cores twisted in layers, Screen: core wrapping with polyester foil and tinned copper braiding, coverage approx 85% (for H901-CY), Sheath: Halogen-free thermoplastic polyolefine self-extinguishing flame-retardant compound as per VDE 0472 part 804.
APPLICATION :
H901 and H901-CY control cables are used as connecting cables for signal, measuring control, cell-announcing and two-way intercom speaking systems. These cables are generally installed in telecommication apparatus and data transmission systems in public buildings, laboratories, trading centres where the freedom from halogen in case of fire must be ensured and the flame propagation must be avoided. H901-CY with screened braiding offers interference-free signal transfer. The halogen free thermoplastic produce neither corrosive nor toxic gases. The cables correspond to L19YH and L19YCH types of VDE standards.
